Welcome to Learning Factory Academy! My name is Iresha St. Jean, and I am honored to serve as the Owner and Director of this incredible academy.
The vision for Learning Factory Academy was inspired by my compassion for single mothers. I’ve seen how difficult it can be to focus on building a career while worrying about the care and well-being of their children. I wanted to create a place where parents could feel confident that their children are safe, loved, and nurtured while they work toward their goals.
I bring over a decade of expertise to Learning Factory Academy, holding a Master’s in Education along with Director and VPK Credentials. My passion lies in early childhood education, especially helping children develop strong phonics skills, articulate their thoughts, and express themselves with confidence. It’s not just about teaching; it’s about preparing each child for a bright and successful future.
Outside of my work, I am a passionate traveler and self-proclaimed foodie. I love exploring new cuisines and discovering hidden gems at restaurants. A few of my favorites include Chart House in Melbourne for its amazing seafood and Bonefish Grill for a delightful dining experience.
At Learning Factory Academy, my mission is simple: to provide children with a home away from home where they feel supported, valued, and inspired to learn and grow. I’m excited to partner with families like yours to create brighter futures together.
